I've been using this hair brush for almost 2 weeks now and I already notice my hair has less damage. I chose to buy the paddle brush.
This brush is unlike anything I had seen before. The bristles are made of wood (as is the handle) and there are no balls at the end of the bristles. The paddle is still firm though. It is strong enough to brush through any knots that I have. It also is extremely gentle to the scalp. I barely feel the bristles at all. This brush doesn't cause any static.
I stumbled upon this find at Marshals and am not sure where you'd be able to get it otherwise.
