I've been using this a while and I haven't noticed a difference. It is really hard to get out of the package and is a little cakey and sticky when you apply it.

I like the product but the packaging is awful. It works really well at getting rid of undereye darkness and evening out the skin. Can't say if it actually helps get rid of dark circles over time...
