This is the BEST eye makeup remover I have tried. Oily cream products do remove all eye makeup but I don't like the oily film it leaves on my eyes. Alchemy's remover is in a liquid form and comes in a big eye drop packaging. There's no fragrance or color. It's $15 for a 4.06 oz bottle but you need one or two drop on your cotton pad, placed over your eye for a few secs to completely remove all makeup. I was really impressed that my waterproof mascara (L'Oreal's)actually came right off! No more tugging or pulling! I would definitely buy this from now on!
