A great summertime scent. Heavy on coconut. I love it. Not something I would wear in the dead of winter. It's definitely a "let's celebrate all things tropical" kind of scent. If you like beach-themed fragrances like BB "Beach", this would be a nice addition to your summer fragrance wardrobe. The bottle is super cute, too.

I think the reason why everyone loves "G" so much is because it's a pretty standard EDT. Theres not too much craziness going on. Though the coconut is very dominate in this scent, it's not overwhelming, but it almost pushes it. "G" has accomplished making the one unmistakable and very noticeable coconut note (that sticks with you from beginning to end) very milky and not disgustingly sweet.

One of my favorite summery/tropical perfumes are Ralph Rocks and though everyone senses coconut in it, in the past I couldn't sense it, and after trying "G" I see where people are getting the coconut from.

I am not in love, but I actually really like "G". I wish I owned a bottle when I lived in Hawaii. It makes me reminisce me and my friends laying back on our chairs, listening to music, wearing leas and watching the ocean water.

Yes, it's simple. Yes, it smells like coconut lotion. It's very milky and savory, I imagine this being someones signature scent. A scent someone close to the holder would miss if the holder were gone.

I do not get the *coconut* at all in this....I bought un-smelled, (19.99)...b/c reviews raved of coconuts. If it's coconut, AT ALL,...Its a *green* one., smells way more floral than that to me....It does not stink, but def not a re-purchase...UPDATE!! I just read below the scent was revamped, ok, maybe they messed up the coconut, cuz I sure cant find it now!

If you like coconut smells then this is a must.

I really wanted to love this scent. I read most of the reviews here before swapping for this item. When I sniffed the bottle end after getting this I thought, oh no this is going to be way too coconut-y smelling. Once you spray it, it does die down some. Even though it wasn't as strong on as just by sniffing the bottle I still didn't care for the scent. I smell coconut, and vanilla (don't know if vanilla's in there). But its not a pleasant coconut smell. Its more of a "hey I'm artificially scented". If you love coconut scents, I'd say go for it. If you aren't too sure about it I'd say get a sample first or go smell it in a store.

I don't usually wear perfume, because alot of perfume is childish and cheap smelling. I like exotic perfumes, where you cannot pinpoint the exact smell, but it smells delicious. A friend of mine had shown me a bottle of perfume that she recently bought, and it made me realize that I wanted to go out and buy some. However, when I was at the store, I could not find what she had, but I found this perfume instead. I loved it. It smells sweet, and tropical, and it has youth in it, but not in an overly-agressive way. It seems grown up, while still maintaining a young smell. It smells of cocunut, and pineapple, and some hint of something, which I have yet to pinpoint. Sandlewood? Either way, I will definately buy this again, current favorite.
The only thing is, is the packaging is impractical. Some people say it's cute, and I just have to say it's hard to carry a bag in your purse.

all of these are so super cute, I get an awesome perfume and my toddlers get toys too :-) I like this alot its very coconutty and some pineapple, although I despise pineapple period in anyway shape or form, this does not bother me. This is the perfect summer scent and I am gonna put it away til then, can't wait. :-)

This is one of the 5 Harajuku Lovers I tried (got a sample pack with 5 scents) - this one was in a yellow tube. A bright, fruity floral - but a bit too much alcohol for me.

My FAVOURITE perfume from the Harajuku line. 'G' reminds me of being on vacation, the scent is a very sweet, tropical fruity coconut aroma, which isn't too overpowering or sickly either. There are also notes of mandarin, sandalwood and jasmine aswell.

I love coconut scent, and the first time I smelled this perfume, I was in heaven! So I got this when it was on sale. But I regretted afterwards because when you actually spray it on your cloth, it's not a fresh coconut smell that you get, but a thick, strong, and over-sweet scent. Would not buy again.

This perfume is so pretty smelling. It's a ray of sunshine and a beach vacation in a bottle. One of my favorites! I normally don't like coconut scents but this one is just perfect. The price is a little steep but it's totally worth it. I'm on my 2nd bottle and I'm almost out. Definitely a good perfume especially for younger people.

i was given this as a gift a while back and although it is a lovely, sweet scent, it's not my favourite which is why i won't be repurchasing. the packaging is cute but definitely not ideal for storage/transport - i just keep mine on top of my shelf though, so it's fine. it's a little strong for everyday wear but it has nice lasting power. basically, if you like the scent, buy this fragrance.

Lovely coconutty, fresh, summery smell, almost like a suncream smell! (in a good way!)

the smell reminds me of summer time and is so addictive, especially since the packaging is so good.
Again, i am a total sucker for packaging, so i have about 3 empty bottles of this on my dressing table that i dont want to part with!
The price of these are really good and the make a great extra to give in a present!

BRING BACK THE COCONUT!!!! They reworked the formula and took out the best part now it's just an average perfume when it used to be my favorite!!!! I gave it a 4 because it's a 3 now and it used to be a 5++++!!!!

It's an addicting, sweet scent that makes you smile, but too strong to wear as an everyday perfume. It would make a great gift, but I don't think I would buy it for myself.

HG scent.. love this stuff! Smells like sex for the nose.. Seriously, I would drink this stuff if I could.. best coconut fragrance ever. Also, they have the CUTEST bottles. I wanna collect them all just for the cute little dolls...

This is a nice tropical Summery scent. It does smell like coconut, but it's not as sweet/sickly as the scent of a Body Shop coconut body butter. It's really just the dry-down that's coconut dominant. The opening is fruity and ever-so-slightly floral on my skin.

Beautiful, beachy scent topped with coconut is good way to describe this fragance. I could even smell a hint of gardenia! It lasts for a while and smells particularly nice when I'm warm. I also love the packaging - so cute. This sent is a must for me and has become a part of my daily beauty routine.

I like this best from all Harayuku lovers perfumes but would not buy.

I got it in the Sephora sampler set. I don't really get coconut from this scent, although it is fruity and tropical. I pick up more melon and orange scents. I like it, but it's not something I would wear other than during summer, so I wouldn't invest the money in it. Cute packaging, and I like that it isn't floral or sickly sweet. I put it on at 7am and at 5 pm I can still smell it, so it's fairly long lasting. I've been to Harajuku St in Tokyo, and it definitely does not smell fruity or tropical, but is a super cool place to visit; I think Gwen Stefani represents it well.

edit: I saw it on super sale, like 12 bucks, at Ross so I picked it up. I have to spray a LOT of it on to get much scent, or to make it last. The bottle is fricking huge! The little doll on top is gigantic. I keep all my perfumes in a drawer, out of the sun and away from heat, and this ridiculous bottle takes up too much room.
