    Pros- It feels good rolling on puffy eyes. Cons- Does not bring puffiness down Cannot be used under makeup Wouldn't buy again.

    USE-less. Totally useless. It's like, water. Useless, and not cheap, I mean for drugstore. $12.99 I think. I would have spent a few bucks more to get another brand. Useless.
