I'm quite surprised this product has received so many negative reviews so far! No, it's not a miracle product, and my bags haven't disappeared overnight. But I've been using it twice a day for about a week and they do seem to have faded somewhat (hope it's not an overactive imagination!) Had been using Origins' Ginzing! product before, which genuinely did nothing but use light deflectors, so the idea that this could be working to help get rid of them in the long term is encouraging. (And my under eye circles really are quite bad - a mixture of iron deficiency and late nights, I think!)
Meanwhile, the line-reducing feature definitely does its job in the short-term - it's literally a line-filler, so when applied any noticeable lines become...well, much less noticeable :) Although the texture of the product does feel a little bit PVA-y, and the smell isn't wonderful. Then again, I bought it because a sales assistant said it was Kiehl's best eye-bag targeting product, so am hoping the results will show with continued use. Hopefully it'll continue to reduce the bags - it's a lot of money to pay for such a tiny tube!

Ouch! It worked fine for the first week or so and then it started stinging and itching within 5 mins of applying it. My dark circles are no better either, so it's not as though it was even worth the pain. After 3 weeks, I'm dumping the rest of this. Such a shame since it wasn't cheap to begin with and I generally *love* Kiehl's products. This is now the 2nd product from Kiehl's that I've had to chuck out in a week. Not happy!

i've been using this product more than 4 months,but i didn't see any result for my dark circle.. even when i lack of sleep my dark circle getting bigger..

been using for 2 months and there is no dramatic change on my eye circle and firmness. The texture is easy to glide on and it has warming effect on my skin, but it sting my eyes when it goes into my eyes. For me, it is just a warm moisturiser for my eyes, which is not valued for money. I notice that there is oxidised like brownish stain on the cap and opening of the packaging too, which i doubted so much on the ingredients they used.

Im 22 years old and I dont see this doing anything for me. I dont feel like I see any difference in color or line reducing. I think perhaps this might work well for more mature skin. The texture is kind of silicone like. There is no fragrance.

I have very dry skin and love this product. My dark circles are nearly gone. I have tried the hylexin and other dark circle creams with very little improvement or effect. This one is amazing.

worst product ive ever purchased in my entire life! its super expensive, oxidizes within 4 months of usage when its stated it can be used up to 6 months. and theres still so much more product left! its so frustrating to spend a tonne on something that did nothing! i dont think it helped reduced my dark circles at all! i have very dark circles to the extend where some people think i looked so haggard and tired like i havent had enough sleep when i actually did. in terms of lines, it did slightly reduced. but the reduction was too little as compared to the price. when u buy expensive product like this, u'd expect to see some improvement if not miracle but this did nothing to my eyes. i'd give 0 star if i could! im super disappointed and i do not recommend anyone to buy this product.

I been using this product since this Summer (It's been about 4 to 5 months, I guess). However, I really don't see "ANY DIFFERENCE" under my eyes. I still see my dark circle and fine flines. Today, I noticed that I even got a little bit more lines under my eyes. This was the first time that I tried the eye concentrate producet. I'm totally disappointed.... I'm middle of 20's, but have some fine lines under my eyes. I hoped that this product could prevent to have more lines and improve my dark circles, but it really didn't do anything.. waste of money.. I'm not sure if it works to reducing fine lines for other people, but it was just like a eye moisturizer for me.

This eye cream has been a miracle product for me. I have dark circles under my eyes that have been there since I was about 8. My pediatrician called it the "allergy mask." I've tried many eye creams, and many brightening undereye treatments/concealers, and this is the only thing that has noticeably reduced my dark circles. I've been using it on and off for about 4 years, and the day after I run out, the difference is notable. People ask me if I have gotten sick, or if I have been getting enough sleep. As soon as I start using it again, the dark circles disappear. It's incredible. I have pretty sensitive skin, but I can use this every night without any adverse effects.

Works very well for me - reduces eye circles under eye. I put this under the Avocado Eye Cream also by Kiehls. Seems pretty effective at a cost thats much better than that La Mer Eye Concentrate thing that yes, was effective but also costs a lot. This was the best product for me in terms of reducing dark eye circles.

Got a 5mL sample sachet of this so thought I'd give this a go to combat my Asian undereye circles (hereditary and doing shift work having weird sleep hours). I used this 3x a week (as the product instructs to use it 2-3x per week, and I have also read about reactions in other MUA reviews), and a month later I am not seeing any difference. I am not old enough to have wrinkles yet (so I can't speak about it), but for undereye circles, this was an epic fail, so the search continues.

I got this in sample too but in a much more smaller size (<5ml). Couldn't see any significant change on my darkcircles and yet enough moisturize my undereye area. Won't buy the actual size coz I believe that there are much more better product out there. continued >>

I usually love Kiehls but was very disappointed with this product. I'll be returning it. It didn't provide my eyes with any benefits against fine lines or dark circles, the latter of which I was told by the saleswoman was their best product for this ailment.
Also, it burns. A significant amount.
It may work for you, but make sure before you purchase this that your Kiehls will refund you in the event it doesn't work. I've never seen Kiehls not refund you if a product doesn't work, but with a potential expensive flop like this it's best to be sure.

Execpt for the price, I like this product. It helps my fine line under my eyes, the only one product so far does really help.

I must not have sensitive skin because this didn't sting but nor did it do a particularly good job of doing any of the things it's supposed to do and nor did it hydrate. I finished the tube but that's as far as it goes.

I got a sample (a fair generous amount of product) from the sales lady since i'm looking for an eye cream that can hydrate my eye area and brightened up a bit. I used this product religiously day and night for about 2 weeks... it did absolutely nothing for my eyes. The hydration is so so... It had a very milky-jello-like texture that felt like it just sat on my eyes and never fully absorbed... i've had less expensive eye cream that worked better than this for hydrating my eye area. My eye area is not brightened nor did I look more awake. I didn't even finish the sample... so i'll definitely buy this... I don't recommend it.

This product probably does not suit me. Although I don't think this is necessarily a bad product, I should have perhaps been more careful to notice that this is a CONCENTRATE! I know that I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and this was probably not necessary.
I was meaning to get Kiehls' basic eye creme that I used from their samples but of course, I forgot the name of the product so I just told the SA that I was looking for something in a tube. Well I really should have been more attentive.
The product is obviously too strong for me as it feels like it's burning about half a minute after application. About another minute later, it usually feels unnaturally cool. I actually tested this out on the back of my hand and I noticed that it does the same thing (except a little less intense)! I did notice a difference after I tone down the amount I apply (ONE small dot for BOTH eyes) and it was less irritating but it's still a bit uncomfortable.
So the moral is, please don't buy this if you have really sensitive skin around your eyes and you are only looking for a regular eye cream. Because this stuff is really strong!
EDIT: asdfghj's review (a couple of reviews down) really explains everything! As I thought I really should not have bought this thinking that it's a regular eye moisturiser. Use only 2-3 times a weeek!

I love Kiehl's mositurizer and hand cream and was persuaded to try this stuff even tho my skin is very sensitive. I had to wash it off immediately. An hour later, it still stings. The salesperson should have been better informed -- this stuff is a treatment, NOT an eye cream. It's going back -- I'll try Kiehl's avocado eye cream.

One word to describe this product? Unneccessary. There is no difference between this and the serum (apart from texture).

this is one of the top 10 best selling products from kiehls. i bought this product because the girl in the counter said this product will show result in 2-4 weeks.
it is supposed to be brightening and line reducing, but i have been using this for arond 5 months plus now and i don't see any result. my dark circle and fine lines are still there!
i really wished i can like this eye cream, but it does nothing but hydrating. which a lot of cheaper products can do.
this is rather expensive even if you compared it with kiehls other eye cream.
not worth it. and this product actually irritate my eyes twice, and i have to walk around the school with swollen eyes.
