I was pleasantly surprised by this mascara. It was included in a bonus gift with purchase. It is my first Korean brand make-up item. First I love how the brush applies the formula. Separated my lashes, no need to comb with separate lash brush. It comes in a squeeze tube so you can essentially feel how much product is in the tube. Formula is waterproof. I know it's tearproof. Removal is a breeze if you oil cleanse. Great black color. I find if leave me with naturally looking but black colored eyelashes. No smudges, no flakes. If you are looking for "falsies" this mascara will not work for you. If you want "your own but better" give this a try.. Pricey, but comparable to other HE mascaras.

I got Lash Alert (!) in my March 2018 Ipsy & I love it. It really gives length & impressive thickness. Makes me look like I’m wearing falsies & today I left the house searing only mascara & a Victoria’s Secret lipkit. I normally can’t leave the house w/o my “work finished.” But today had to run an errand b4 a store closed so I only had time for lipgloss & mascara, & I didn’t feel self conscious like I thought I would. I got a bomb lipgloss out of ipsy to put on a bit ago & touched up I needed lipgloss & pressed powder & I added a bit more mascara it looks decent & it made the emphasis on my hair today which I wore down (rare!) my mom commented on my hair looking so curly & “cute.” Can’t go wrong there! This mascara I would love to buy it in waterproof but I don’t think that opportunity will present itself :-/ i get to try a lot of different brands w ipsy/boxycharm I would never otherwise be exposed to. This mascara is bomb. If you got a chance to get it you cannot go wrong. This is my lazy-girl/hurried-girl new routine. (Lipgloss-a bit of pressed powder-this mascara!!) this mascara doesn’t smudge (my skin is super oily as in eyelids), but isn’t stubborn to remove. And who tosses a perfect mascara after only 3 months—I can get to enjoy every last bit of good product 3 months or not be damned because of its squeeze tube packaging all mascaras should do this kind of packaging lol I really love ipsy. For $10 you get a helluva lot neat stuff. I got my $10 worth this month for sure!

I think this is probably the worst eyeliner I have ever used. The pen tip makes it awful to apply on the eyelids (it drags) and throughout the day it it smudges and ends up all around my eyes. Do not recommend.

I was drawn to this product by the inky-black color and interesting packaging. I find it hard to find a black mascara that maintains a very dark, wet black (instead of clumpy gray-tinged) with a flexible feel. The product itself is a great color and isn't too drying, but I found that the brunch caused a harsh, spiky look-my lashes looked long, but for the sacrifice of volume. The tube is well designed, as you feel you can squeeze it to move the product around inside and get every last bit out before tossing. I wouldn't buy again because I didn't like the brush, and felt that the mascara flaked after about half a day. Pros: cool tube, rich color. Cons: flaky, brush causes spiky clumps.

This eyeliner is freaky. I had the most bizarre experience. But first of all, I'll discuss the packaging. I'm not a fan of the applicator. I don't have a lot of lid space because my eyes are semi-hooded, so I found this marker thing to be obnoxiously large, lol. I don't really see the point of it. And also I literally couldn't see the point - it's so big that I couldn't really see what I was doodling on my peekers. It just seems gimmicky and unnecessary. It was very hard to be precise. The product also dried out really fast, even though I kept the lid on tight at all times. But this is where it gets weird. I found that applying it to my eyelids was like trying to write on regular plastic with a dry-erase marker, you know what I mean? It just kind of separated and stuck to itself in tiny little globs of ink. Beyond patchy. Beyond uneven. It was just strange. I couldn't seem to layer more on top of itself either to get more pigment to stick, because then it just got thick and flaked off. I don't have exceptionally oily eyelids by any means, I didn't have a primer or eyeshadow already on, and my moisturizer had already completely soaked in. So either I just have weird alien skin or I got a bad batch, whatever it is I wouldn't try this again.
