An antifungal clotrimazole cream like Lotrimin helps a lot with PD. I just cleared up +
a recent PD flare up with clotrimazole, and it worked quickly.

I had something similar - it was moccasin athletes foot ROP
This type is usually on the sides of the foot/heal. Lotrimin AF for 2 weeks cleared it up

My DH had a fungal issue and Selsen Blue medicated (over other dandruff & even Lotrimin) helped his+
He still used an anti - fungal cream, but saw the best results when he started washing with Selsen Blue medicated. Now he won't use anything else hea

He might try zinc pyrithione and/or Lotrimin Ultra (it has to be the Ultra) +
Nizoral didn't help my SD at all but zinc pyrithione did. Nizoral is drying as well so maybe some vaseline or something incredibly bland might help as
