I use this when I am a little lazy and scrunch my hair, but also when I use a curling iron I spray the curls afterward and throughout the day with this. It's not a gel or mousse, it's a light spray with a slight gel consistency. It does not really create curls, but more so defines them. It's a bit pricey, and not that amazing of a product, but not a total waste of money either. It's just a unique product because there's not too many products out there like this one. Actually, if I'm not mistaken, I believe the Curl Life line has been discontinued? I hope not! The entire line has some nice products! Overall, not a must have, but worth while!
I am on my 3rd bottle of this - it is for people with curly hair who would just like to freshen up the curls a little bit anytime throughout the day. I use this after I blow dry as well or if I don't wash my hair, I spray a little of this on to spring back some of the curls that may have flattened out from sleeping. It also smells clean and fresh - I can't tell you how many compliments I get on how nice my hair smells from this stuff. I love love love it! This is not a gel or hair spray, but just a reactivator that has a watery consistency.
I actually really like this product. It is a light liquid spray product that has a bit of a gel hold. My hair was frizzing so I sprayed a bit in and it helped get rid of the frizz. I think it might work best for those who don't have a lot of frizz in the first place. It might not be strong enough for those who have thicker or curlier hair. It worked pretty good for me though! My hair is medium textured with a natural mix of waves and curls.
I thought this would be a slight-hold conditioning spray I could use between shampoos. However, it was more like a sticky hairspray and made my natural curls really frizzy and they looked over-processed. I returned it and will not purchase again.
