I bought this after reading the reviews of the Palladio Retractable liners, which were for the most part, very good. I was so disappointed that the formula was so inferior. The underlying color was acceptable, but when applying, there were constant streaks of a very dark color that came from the liner. I thought it was may just the first part of the liner, but it continued after several applications. You literally have to stop after every touch, and take a toothpick to get the dark color streaks off your lips. It's not worth the time to do this, as there are other liners out there that give even color.
My search for the perfect "mauve" continues.

One of the best lip liners I ever tried and I have tried them all! The plum shade is gorgeous! This is soft but not mushy soft. Great consistency, goes on very smooth no tugging. Retractable-no sharpener needed, excellent product. I am almost 52 and was looking for a HG lip liner! UPDATE: I STILL LIKE THIS, BUT MAC IN HALF RED WINS OVERALL, HANDS DOWN!
