    Horrible ripoff--this product removed probably 1 hair. Even when I slathered the wax on and heated and waited and ripped it off like lightning--still nothing! Bad, bad product!

    This worked a little bit the first time that I used it, but only on the finest of fuzz on my face. However, it did virtually nothing for my brows. I took it back and got a refund.
