    This fluid liner is okay. Sometimes it can be a bit testy when you apply it on. I usually have to let a first layer dry and then go over it again to make the lines filled.

    I love to wear this as a liner on 1/3 of my lower waterline and leave the rest of the waterline bare. It makes my blue eyes look really blue, especially when I use orange eyeshadows on my lids....
