Moulin Rouge

Unfortunately, this lipgloss is thin, runny, and goes everywhere. I love the color, and really wish it weren't such a bad formula.

I like this red color when applied with my finger, fairly lightly. The smell is nice, kind of like frosting. When applied with wand it's just too overwhelming.

Bright, blue based red...unlike some of the other sheer glosses, this one goes on *very* opaque and unfortunately I can't pull off this bright of a red with my PPP complexion. :(
