    An expensive eye liner but worth every cent! It is so easy to apply, with the brush that gives you the right amount of product. It stays on and doesn't smudge, even under the 30+ degree heat!

    I got this in 30-Marine-Navy Blue. It's just great. You can do an ultra fine or wider, more dramatic line, and quite easily. I was so surprized because I've tried a million or so liquid liners...
