It contains SD alcohol 40, which dries your hair out. There are good and bad alcohols in terms of hair prettiness, this is on the hit list.
However, it does what it says; makes flat ironing a breeze, makes hair smoother, holds the style a bit, and (I think.. not sure..) adds shine.
Thus, it's good to use for special occasions but I wouldn't suggest daily use.

A must-have for anyone with hard to flat iron hair. Often times I'll spray this on my bangs and any frizzy parts on my canopy before flat-ironing, but I don't even need to heat style after using this. It instantly makes my waves so shiny and frizz free. Also, I compared the ingredients and this is almost identical to Tigi Bedhead Headrush Shine Adrenaline shine spray. They also smell exactly the same!

This stuff is fantastic! In my eternal quest for more shine, I have tried many, many shine sprays, and this stuff is the real deal. I have stick-straight, thin hair, and aquage beyond shine gives me touchable, super-shiny, soft and tangle-free tresses - without weighing it down or causing it to look greasy or oily. I love it!

Absolutely wonderful product! I've been using it for about 2 months now on my color treated, wavy, sometimes dry and thick hair. I use this after I blow-dry to add shine and smooth out my hair (then I blow-dry or flat iron quickly). Adds shine, smoothness, and tames fly-aways without weighing down hair at all.

After seeing the buy again percentage and reading a few reviews i decided to purchase this. I got mine in the states at carousel mall, though i can't remember off the top of my head the name of the store.
So, of course the night i got it i had to test it out immediatly. I think this is so far one of my holy grail hair items! It defintly does what it says, improving my flat iron. My hair is naturally wavy so sometimes i get these stubborn hairs that flip out to the sides and will not got straight. This is magic ! It gets rid of those flippy hair. Its not greasy at all, i just try to focus it on my ends so i dont get rid of any of volume. Much reccomended.

Works best for when you are flat ironing your hair. It protects from the heat, and keeps your hair from having that 'straw' appearance from the flat iron. Good product.

i love this product. It isn't too heavy or oily, and leaves a nice shine after flat ironing. Smells pleasant too.I am on my 3rd one so i will definitely be repurchasing over and over. It seems to last me about 5 months too!

This is my all time favorite shine spray! I've tried a few, and always go back to this one! I have super fine hair so it's hard to find a shine spray that isn't too heavy, but is still effective and this fits the bills. It mists on super light, gives my hair incredible sheen without making it look greasy, and it's also an excellent protectant to use before flat-ironing. This is one I'll continue to buy over and over again!!

I use this as an after styling spray for shine. It puts a beautiful shine on my hair. The trick is a little goes a long way and hold the can far from your head!! It will become one of my repurchase items.

This stuff ROCKS! I use it as a heat protectant when I flat iron my hair (which is nearly every day) and it really keeps my hair from turning to straw and adds beautiful shine! And, it smells great too! Love love love it!

I use Aquage straightening gel on damp hair and blow dry it straight and spray this lightly on dry hair and straighten it with an iron. It leaves my hair super shiny and soft and my style lasts a lot longer. I love that this is a fine spray and it goes on evenly and never feels greasy or weighted down. This is a must have product!

By far my favorite styling/finishing product. Its a lightweight shine that doesn't make your hair look greasy. Use it on wet or dry hair. And I prefer it over a hairspray since my hair is so fine. Ulta, why dont you carry this product line??

I've been using Aquage Beyond Shine for quite a while now and I love it. The formula is light-weight and non-sticky. It doesn't make my hair greasy like other products. This product really does increase flat iron performance. My hair is shiny, smooth, and feels lighter afterwards. Alot of people ask me what I do to my hair to make it looks so straight and shiny.

LOVE THIS STUFF! The best. Love to use it for flat-ironing or curling iron. Also if you just spray it on and don't follow with hot tools, it still makes shine, relaxes a little bit, and smells really good. I sort of wish it wasn't an aerosol, but I love it so much I don't care.
