    Ths is the BEST black eyeliner I have found in enarly 40 years of trying for the best!!! I can easily put a teeny little line right into the base of my eyelashes so they look longer and blacker...

    Very easy to apply!!If you like the look of liquid liners but have a hard time applying it perfectly you should definately try this! You can get ultra fine lines or you can buildit up for a bolder...

    Easy to use unlike its liquid liner that comes in a brush and opaque tube. Really does not smudge.
