    Wow! I am really impressed by this 99 cent eyeliner! This is the blackest eyeliner I have ever used :). It stays on my inner rims for hours so I don't have to reapply! The pencil is really soft...

    this was my very first eyeliner. it was a great beginner. it was easy to apply, so it didnt damage my skin. it is great for smokey eyes, easy to smudge. but it smears a bit when you dont want it to.

    I love this eye liner! Easy application, nice results. This is my holy grail, and at 99 cents how could you not try it?

    I love Jordana eyeliners. They go on so smooth and they are super cheap. I got mine at Walgreens, 2 for 79 cents.
