    This is hands down the worst eyeliner pencil I have ever purchased. It tugs every time, even if I warm it up beforehand and it deposits hardly any color. Just too dry for me. Even NYC pencils work...

    I love this! It doesn't tug on my lids and the color goes on nice and smooth. It holds up all day, too!

    At first I thought I loved this, the idea of finding a black eyeliner pencil for $1 that actually worked would be amazing. However, I found that this liner smudges and smears awfully within minutes...
