    The formula makes it so easy to apply. I got this in Black Lapis, which is a turquoise navy (if that makes any sense). The navy actually looks nice with green eyes.

    A pretty impressive eye liner. I got a sample from Sephora, not expecting much. With this I was able to have a lot of control over the line, yet it was still quite blendable. Didn't tug at all.
