Power liquid liner

The best eyeliner I've used and I've tried all the high end brands. I have oily lids and this eyeliner does not move and last all day! The brush is soft and it's easy to apply.

This is the worst eyeliner I have ever tried. It clumps, and is almost impossible to remove. I have complained to the department store where it was bought and I would not recommend it to anyone.
