I am fair skinned and the reviews for paler complexions had been good so I gave it a try. The color was nice but the product does not last at all on my lips and it is not very hydrating for me (my lips are very dry) so it is not working for me. But now I use it on my cheeks now and I like it a lot. Very pretty, highlighted pink so I will be using this as a blush.
This is a muted, slightly cool toned mauvey MLBB pink for the fair skinned. This color seems to be the most popular and my local stores as it's usually sold out. This is a great one for me to keep in my purse to throw on without a mirror. It's sheer but pigmented and buildable (not to full coverage), has a glossy finish, non-drying (not moisturizing either). I love it.
In this picture, left to right is MAC creme cup for reference, Lust for blush, petal rebel, pink possibilities, rose of attraction, and coral ambition. The swatches are very true to color.

This color was definitely not for me. It was a very chalky looking pink however it felt great. Very hydrated !
I guess I'm in the minority because this product didn't work out for me. I was really excited when I saw that Maybelline was coming out with their own version of a lip butter, since I've generally had good luck with their lip products. This color in particular looks like a slightly pinker version of my all time favorite nude Maybelline Nude Blush (now sadly dc'd). I love the packaging of the Colors Whispers also - it is sleek and a nice size for travel. Lust for Blush looks like the perfect medium nude pink in the tube, but it goes on quite sheer and I wasn't able to build up the color much (and I am quite pale). It almost looked like I wasn't wearing anything on my lips. Which is strange because on Youtube I saw it applied and swatched and the color looked nicely pigmented. Also, I do seem to be mildly allergic to these, which has never happened with a Maybelline lip product before :/ So I ended up returning this item. Maybe I got a bad one because everyone else seems to love this color.
I'm borderline obsessed with the Whisper right now! Lust for Blush was my first purchase...which started my obsession. Perfect with my fair skin and blue eyes. I don't mind having to reapply after 2 hours, because I love the look, feel and texture so much. Another color that makes blue eyes pop is Cherry On Top. Nice pigmentation, as well. I now have Lust For Blush, Rose Of Attraction, Coral Ambition, Cherry On Top & Pin Up Peach. It's unusual for me to love every color in a particular line equally...but I can almost say that about this line. My next purchase will be Pink Possibilities. If you like a weightless feel on your lips, you need to check these out. continued >>

I have 6 Color Whispers, and I really like this one. All of them are soft, sheer, and moisturizing. This particular color is a pinky-nude, but more pink than nude. I feel that this pink may be a bit too light on my lips, as it gives me a Nicki Minaj-type look that doesn't sit well on me. Overall, I like it but am not in love.
I am absolutely OBSESSED with this lipstick. Its a perfect cool toned pink with a tinge of nude. I was also hunting for a nice everyday pinky nude lipstick and was striking out all over the place. When I saw the display for these I bought three of them and hardly touch the other two because I am so obsessed with this one lol. It can be built beautifully, is moisturizing, wears average but idc, and its just perfect in every way. If you are thinking about it, you probably should have bought it yesterday.

I have been looking for a pink nude for such a long time!!!! I have finally found the one that I was dreaming to find one day. Yes I'm exaggerating but, I have tried and failed with so many other nude lipsticks. All of them were just too pink or just too nude. The maybelline whisper lust for blush is just right in the middle, making it perfect! I am so excited and relieved. I love this lipstick, it's not drying like most because its quite moisturizing. I will keep buying this lipstick, and I recommend it to anyone who has been looking for just the right pink nude lipstick.

About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.
this is a beautiful pale neutral pink color. Just enough pigment to block out the reddish flesh tones of my lips, but doesn't take on a "doll like" fake pink quality by being too opaque (Creme Cup has this issue on me). Great product, I can see this shade becoming HG for me.

Shade description: pale pink
Pros
- moisturizing
- pigmentation buildable
Cons
- sheer
Comments: I passed this up a couple of times thinking it was going to just blend into my lips, but went with the reviews and glad I did. Its more of a soft pink on my lips, not so much nude. I love it, though. I can see why this shade quickly became the popular one. Its a shade that's very easy to wear.
Will repurchase.
