I tried a sample of this from my hairdresser (I paired it with the Straight shampoo and Pantene straightening balm). I have Asian, straight with very slight wave, fine but thick dark brown hair w blonde hightlights. Since I have blonde highlights, I wanted some shine put back in after my original color was stripped. This conditioner leaves my hair soft, smooth and shinier than when I don't use a non shine conditioner. I wish it made my hair more shiny but apprently when your hair is tripped of color and you go lighter, it also strips the shine. I will repurchase.
My coworker has dark brown/black hair that is courser and thicker hair than mine and this conditioner gives her TONS of shine!
EDIT: used Garnier Sleek and Shine conditioner and I don't see or feel a difference between Garnier or Bumble and Bumble except the BB makes my hair a bit softer once it's dried but the huge price difference makes me question whether the little bit of extra softness is worth it. Hm...

This was only slightly moisturizing, similar to the Alojoba IMO. This was not at all worth the money, my hair is super frizzy and not very shiny at all. My hair is fine/dry/slightly wavy and this was not even close to moisturizing enough. I'm not sure what hair type it was intended for but evidently not mine.
