This is a gel moisturiser. It comes in a pump bottle.

This product claims to moisturise skin. It is very similar in ingredients to the other Arcona product, Magic White Ice, but does not seem to be identical, as the ingredients vary slightly. The difference is, in addition to all the MWI has, it also has "Moringa Pterygosperma Seed Extract, Melaleuca Alternafolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Extract, Lonicera Caprifolium (Honeysuckle) Flower Extract, Melia Azadirachta (Neem) Leaf Extract". It also lacks " Pyrus Malus Fruit Extract (Apple)". Unless you are seeking or avoiding these specific ingredients, it is probably not enough difference to matter.

The pink in the name, while describing the colour, also seems to be in part to support breast cancer as it states on the package "Arcona will donate $2 for every Magic Pink Ice sold in the month of October to Cancer and Careers" (I didn't buy in October, so I guess that means my purchase doesn't actually support the Cancer and Careers organization?).

You apply this gel to dry skin, 1 or 2 times a day. It is pink in colour and has a sweet, candy-ish cranberry smell. The smell dissipates after about 20 minute or so. It goes on smoothly and sinks in very quickly. Feels refreshing and light and not at all sticky.

I like it but don't think it moisturises that well - it just isn't meant to be a really strong moisturiser. It is perfect for my combo skin in the summer, but I still use some moisturiser on my cheeks during the beginning of spring, though. I think I would need more moisture in the winter so I probably won't use it during those months.

It is recommended to us within 6 months of opening, as well.
