    I tried this out because it was cheap and easy to apply. It was, but it also started going all over the place before I was done with both eyes. Too bad it doesn't come off as easy as it goes on.

    I don't have oily lids but this eyeliner smeared quickly after application. I bought it in the brown color and it was a nicely pigmented medium brown that showed up well. It wasn't amazing though....
