    It is a very intense black but it smudges so much. Not great for the waterline it just seeps down under the eyes. Disappointing product, i would not repurchase.

    I like this liner. It is my favorite kohl pencil. It is very useful as a dark base and also a liner. I don't have any problem with this smudging because I always set my liner with a black powder.
