This stuff smells heavenly! It IS sweet so someone who isn't into that might not want to buy this. I love the food smells and wish they'd bring back their Butter Cookie, Chocolate Fudge, etc but this was a nice addition. They have the same scents out every holiday and this is the only one I've really liked!

I had to give this lotion a medium packaging score because my bottle fell of the dresser and busted open but other than that this is the best scent to come from bath and body works. i'm so very upset it's discontinued and this is even worse seeing as i broke my bottle and lost every ounce x.x i would recommend anybody to try this stuff. the scent is amazing and it's fun to have people in the mall walk by you and say "suddenly i want some cake..."

Ohhh...damn I love this stuff. Despite smelling good, it reminds me of good things that happened to me when it first came out. I hope they bring it back every year!

Oh my god! I love, love, LOVE this lotion! It isn't quite the same as Butter Cookie but it's almost better, a bit sweeter and the scent lingers all day. The glass bottles they put them in the first year were just way too cute...hopefully they'll bring those back someday. I know last year it was reincarnated as "Vanilla Bean Noel" but still smells the same, if they ever stop making this they are gonna get such a nasty e-mail from me! THIS LOTION ROCKS and I cannot say enough good things about it! So yummy smelling you almost wanna eat it.

Smells like cookie, but a little too strong. Smells nothing like real shortbread (which I had today from Trader Joe's) but rather sugar cookie. I was in shock when I searched through MUA and realized this was so prized. I have the entire set! It was a gift to me for X-mas, and it doesn't smell THAT great- to my nose, it smells exactly like a mixture of a LOT of Bath and Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar and a tiny hint of wet sugar, believe it or not! If you were interested in this scent because of its name Sugared Shortbread, to be honest, it smells far from what shortbread, or what sugared shortbread would smell. I really liked this when i smelled it in the store but got it home put some on i knew it wasn't for me i smelled like a stick of butter!

A kind MUAer sent me a deluxe sized sample of this. To my nose this smells just like the Vanilla Bean Noel Body Lotion that was out this past Christmas. It smells sooooo yummy, just like cake batter. I only wish I had a stockpile of this stuff! Why do they have to discontinue all the best scents? Wahhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the same great smell, but a new name, Vanilla bean noel. I just picked this up today and the SA told me that it is the same exact lotion as Sugared Shortbread but it got renamed(for some odd reason heh) But this is the best scent I have ever from Bath and Body works!! I love this stuff so much, it smells great and makes my skin feel silky smooth.

I really loved this lotion but I swapped it b/c for some reason, it had no staying power on me. I will reconsider swapping for it or repurchasing it again if it's offered this holiday season. It smells so unbelievably good, even better than Warm Vanilla Sugar!

THE best scent .It is warm vanilla with absolutely no plastic odor as many food scents do.I have had more compliments than anything else i own!Its been 8 months and i still love it.The lotion itself is higher quality than i expected from BBW.Moisturizes very well and has staying power.Similar to Laura Mercier Creme Brulee at a fraction of the cost , price(2/$14)

This...smells...so GOOD! To me, the lotion is the one product in the shortbread scent that smells the most like actual shortbread. Smells totally delish, and keeps me silky soft. The scent really lingers, too. Big rave!

This is a great new lotion from Bath and Body Works that smells exactly like buttercream frosting! As soon as you put it on others are saying "mmm, what smells so good!" Unfortunately this is a limited holiday edition, but I stocked up for the year.

This stuff is absolutely delicious. I want to lick my arm after applying it. It smells just like butter cookie dough...very warm, rich, buttery, and sugary. Its not as emollient as I would like, but still very nice. The bottle is pretty to look at, but a little impractical as it is made of glass or ceramic. Still, I bought two of the huge bottles and two of the body sprays cause this stuff smells so good and will no doubt be discontinued after the holidays.

Smells sooo good!! Very moisturizing too. The scent has a light foody odor. I wish this wasnt just for Xmas! :O( I went and bought more today to stock up!!

I love this! It is the perfect accompaniment to the shower gel. A lovely warm vanilla with a little spice to it. Just great! And the bottle is so pretty with the little sparkly design on it!

This is a great scent, though I must admit that after hearing so much about the Butter Cookie, I was expecting *more*. There's something too sharp about it, not creamy enough. The candle has more of the scent I was hoping for!

THIS is a wonderful scent! A buttercream, mixed with a spiced vanilla I think.
I also think this lotion is a better formula than usual! It left my skin silkier and smoother than other BBW lotions have.
I hope they keep this one and bring it back next year!

One of the new 2001 holiday scents, and it is divine! It is a sugary buttercream-cookie scents. Not *as* nice as the homebaked butter cookie from last year, but it is still a great scent. As always with BBW lotions, it is light and moisturizing.
