    As the rest of the Yon-Ka line, the smell of this product is VERY pleasant, refreshing and relaxing, and it's a less concentrated version of Yon-Ka Emulsion Pure. I don't think a toner is a must...

    This is great for a toner (although it probably is an unnecessary step), but it does have essential oils in it and my face is very clear so there must be something in it that works great!
