I still half you the tube left and plan on finishing it off by summer. It's a nice basic summer fangrance nothing too special just a citrusy mango scent. This shower gel is really thick almost like jelly and works best with a wash cloth or bath gloves if you want to lather up. It does not spread aswell by hand and the vitamin E moisture beads are harder to burst unless you use something with it. Overall it's a pretty good body cleanser and you get a decent 8.5 oz of it for around 10 bucks retail or even cheaper if you are lucky.
I stocked up on several different scents of these during the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (only $5.90) each! The Raspberry Guava is my favorite of the scents I got, and the Tango Mango is my second favorite. It has a nice fruity fresh smell, lathers and rinses weil. There are a variety of lotions in this line too, but I'm not much of a lotion person, so I stuck with the shower gels. I plan to pick up more before the end of the sale. That said, I still prefer my Philosophy 3-in-1 shower gels.
H20 shower gels are filled with little beads that I imagine are supposed to be filled with nourishing vitamin E, etc, but instead don't rinse off and leave a scarey film on your body and your shower walls. For me, the biggest selling point in a shower gel is a refreshing, energizing or lush fragrance- this one is just so-so- smells pretty cheap and synthetic for the price. I hope I don't waste my money on H20 products again- they have been nothing but a disappointment. Lancome Savon Fraiche or just about ANY drug store brand is better than h20---
I bought this from h20plus.com - it was part of a set. It's ok. The scent is great. The actual shower gel is average - nothing special about this one at all. It is your basic shower gel. I do like that it stands upside down. I won't repurchase - not worth the price.
Wow! I am surprised to see such negative consensus on this! I happen to like it very much. It is a rich gel with nice little microspheres in it...not really sure what they do but you can feel them as you suds up with it. This leaves your skin fresh and fruity...mine wasn't terribly expensive because I got it on sale, and I also have a couple extras that I received as gifts! :)
Disappointment. The shower gel was fine, very average, especially given the price. The scent was nice, strong and citrusy. The gel is very gel-like, thick, and a little hard to squeeze out of the tube. It also has little beads in it. I don't understand their purpose. But the biggest problem was the packaging. It's in one of those tubes where the cap twists and a small stopper twists up or down to release or seal the product. Well, don't travel with this, as it leaks like crazy around both the stopper and the rim of the cap. Even just sitting in the shower, it oozes out. I wouldn't repurchase this product. It's ok, but overpriced and poorly designed.
H20 people! Give me a break! I must of been on crack when I bought this stuff, along with other H20 products. Great skin care lines, but out of this world prices!! But this particular shower and bath gel has a complimenting scent (mango), comes in a convenient upside down plastic tube, and a bunch of promises. All it really is, is another shower and bath gel. I spent over $30 (Canadian) for a similar product I could of got from like the body shop, or Shoppers Drugmart for half the price..or maybe even less. I think anyone considering this stuff should rethink...unless you like to blow off your cash???
