I don't know what's up with all the negative reviews for this product but I looove it! It has worked absolute wonders for my skin. I use this in the mornings before putting on my makeup or just whenever my skin feels dry. I take one pump and dot it on my cheeks, forehead, chin, and a teeny bit on my nose. Then I put the rest on my neck. It absorbs into my skin instantly and leaves it feeling soft and hydrated while still feeling fresh. Some people said it left their skin greasy, but maybe you were just using too much? As I said, I like using the dotting method to get the perfect amount of moisture for my combination/t-zone skin. I like the fact that it has spf but doesn't seem as heavy and greasy as most spfs do. The packaging is nice, it's practical and easy to disspense the correct amount with. As far as the price, obviously it's going to be a little higher since it is Chanel. My only complaint is the scent. The scent isn't bad, it just can be a little too heavy and perfume like for me which is why I brought this down one lippie. But nothing I can't deal with. I have been using this for quite a while now and it hasn't broken me out, so totally recommend it.

I used this moisturizer last summer and it was perfect for my sensitive and dry skin. It is very light, easy to apply and it left my skin moisturized and supple. I will certainly buy it again for summer. The Chanel SA told me that she recommends the Age Delay products for women with mixed skin, so maybe the bad experiences of some users could be due to the fact that Rectifiance is meant for dry and "not so young" skin?

This is a light weight white lotion with a strong perfume smell. It has an spf of 15 with uva and uvb protection. It is oil free but leave a shine on my skin no matter how much I use. The shine stays for a while or pretty much all day. It has irritated my skin and I could not continue to use it. I really wanted to like this one however I prefer the Age Delay lotion with Spf 15. It absorbs better and has a fresh light scent.

I read the first two reviews and went out to buy this, sadly it caused a reaction after 2 days of use. Usage of this resulted in zits near upper lip and on the nose alongside bumpy nodules. Like the other reviewer commented skincare is not one of Chanel's forte, but I liked its pump packaging so caved in. Bad, bad, bad.

I totally agree about this product. Initially, I thought I as getting a lot with this product. It has exfoiating acids, spf 15, antioxidants... I thought it wuld be a sort of one-stop-shopping lotion, which made up for the higher price. Wrong. This is a highly fragranced (horrible, cheap perfumey smell IMHO) greasey lotion that never sinks in. The shine is instantaneous, and never goes away. I had to gob on the T-Mat (which was recommended by the SA, no big shock... she probably knew the bad effects of this product) to cut down the shine. I ended up using this on my arms. I've never thought of trying anything from Chanel's Precision line again, I just have to assume that the rest are overly-fragranced, over-hyped skincare made for possibly a drier or more mature consumer.

i have a lot of complaints with this one. but actually overall, this product was not insultingly bad. just many smallish bad things. the liquidy lotion made my skin greasy at first (normal for many spf products) but then unlike many spfs, it stayed greasy all day and did not sink in at all. and thats unusual on my not so normally greasy face. another reviewer said that you could get away with using very little product and that it spreads thinly. the only problem is that then you dont get nearly the spf that you're thinking you are getting. and isnt that the whole point? with this goopy thin lotion, if you want to put on enough product to get the spf 15 it says youre getting, you end up looking like you have milky car wax on your face. ok ok... it's not THAT bad. but the smell also irritated me. almost miny, but very chemical. (chanel usually smells fantastic) i'm much happier with ddf organic spf 30. this chanel wasn't SOOO bad, just bad enough that im sad i spent time and money using it. chanel usually doesn't let me down and this time i was surprised.

Do NOT buy this. It made my skin a bit greasy. This broke me out horribly around jaw line and mouth after day 5 of use--NOT recommended. Usually I break out sooner but this one was tricky--grrrr. I will continue to search for a higher spf that is more matte (very curious now about sage spf 40...stay tuned:)
EDIT: tried Sage and much prefer it to this one. Also may try DDF sublock.

The best $50 I have ever spent. Light oil free moisture with SPF 15. What more could ask for. This is a really great skin care line. I highly recommend it.

This is a great moisturizer and sunscreen combo for sensitive faces. During my days with Accutane, I needed something gentle and oil-free, but still contained sunscreen. This coms in a small bottle for $50, but it is worth it. You only need a little because the formula spreads to thin consistency. Overall, amazing product. I have re-purchased this many times.
