    I love this for a smokey eye...it looks great with Greensmoke layered over it. It's kinda tough to blend because it's matte, but it looks gorgeous.

    There is *nothing* average about Plumage; it is stunning! To me, it looks like a deep teal; makes a great alternative to black / grey when you're doing a smoky eye.
