    Easy application but don't expect an even distribution of silver glitter.. Must be reapplied to get effective look & works great with the combination of black eyeliner as your base. Paid $1.00

    Me likey. It looks super cute on me. The glitter is quite noticeable because the glitters aren't extremely fine. This eyeliner is a really good deal tho. It doesn't crust up.
