I love YSL foundations. I use both White Mode Foundation and this one. With White Mode the best way to apply it is with a powder sponge (not the one for blending) but with Teint Fraicheur de Perle you should use a kabuki or flat-top brush.

UPDATE: it does not control oil very well !!! I still love White Mode Foundation. continued >>
