Conditioner -Yes To -Carrots Scalp Relief Conditioner

Very soothing for my scalp, I use in conjunction with the Scalp Relief shampoo. Like that one, this also has a faint tea tree/herbal smell and comes in a large tube package which could literally last forever! I leave on for about 60 seconds whilst using my body scrub and then rinse out. The only reason I haven't given it 5 lippies is because it is not so easy to rinse out, taking about double the time of a regular conditioner. It's also quite tricky to be able to 'feel' when your hair is clear of it, as it actually makes your hair feel as though the conditioner is still in when you run your fingers through! The bad news? It's not available in the states and looks like it's being discontinued in Europe which is where I picked it up. Shame, as it is helping make my scalp itch less whilst doing a decent job as a conditioner, and is mega cheap (less than $6 for 9.85 oz on some shopping sites). Will stock up whilst I can.

Selena x

Shampoo -Yes To -Carrots Scalp Relief Shampoo

Psoriasis & dandruff be gone! Not available in the U.S, I grabbed this UK variation on the 'Yes to Carrots' shampoo - made specially for dandruff and scalp conditions, whilst on a trip to London last year. I now sincerely wish I'd grabbed a few more bottles whilst I was there and not waited so long to get round to using it. Why? It's no longer on the 'Yes to' UK website and as I've only just discovered...it works!

The shampoo smells natural and slightly of essential oils. It lathers up well and rinses off just fine. I do find the cap opens with a bit of an effort and makes a loud popping sound as it does. As I rinse and repeat I don't close the lid all the way once open...even if the bottle is upright, just closing the lid slightly keeps all the liquid in. Saves me having to pry it open again.
As for results...it took about 1 week for my scalp to settle to a 'normal' state and itch less. As good as any other scalp shampoo I've used in the past. Luckily I was out of my usual scalp care products...if I hadn't been I probably would not have used this for a long time to come. So glad I did, now I just have to somehow grab a few more bottles before they completely disappear. At the price these are (about $8 for 9.85 oz!!) I would be mad not to!

Light cleanser, great scent, skin feels a tiny bit dry after use but it goes away (due to naturally oily skin).

I have normal skin and I normally exfoliate once a week. I tried it for the first time about a week ago and I have been using it twice a day. It's non-drying and gives a mild exfoliation but it's very effective. If you like the smell of coconut and coffee then you would like this. Great for traveling. Before using this I take off my makeup with a makeup remover. I apply this to dampened skin then I used my fingers to exfoliate and then rinse. This rinses out so easily. I would definitely buy this again.
