Like all technakohls, this one hardly smudges after applying. The color is dark blue with a hint of green. It makes my eyes pop. I apply it only on the bottom waterline. I think anywhere else...

I hated the Graphblack in this, but Auto-de-blu is spectacular. It smudges perfectly and the color makes my brown eyes pop like crazy. Great for top and bottom lining.
