LOVE this shatter. Perfect to spice up your manicure. I've tried many shatters and OPI's are definitely the best. It turns out matte, but if you want shine just add a top coat. A+++

OPI's Black Shatter is an opaque one-coater. It gets goopy after a few uses so shake it before you paint your nails. Black Shatter works well with just about any color. It's a must have!
