This leaves my fine, colour treated hair in mats and I have to spend a lot of time detangling afterward. I am not sure it moisturizes at all! The tube is a dual chamber gizmo that you have to push in a certain spot to get a mixture of the two creams inside the tube: this is most certainly a gimmick and makes using it awkward. I have left in in for 5, 10 and 30 minutes with the same effect: yucky …Read more

Mascara - Lancôme - Monsieur Big Volume Mascara

*Very* difficult to remove, doesn't volumize, lengthen, or do much of anything, the packaging looks like cheap drugstore stuff and the name is cheesy.
Used it for a week, tossed it.

Lancome has so many great mascara formulas, I have no idea why this one was even produced but it seems like a huge departure from their traditional icons.

I picked this up at Winners on a deep discount.
It will soften your hair like no other, the raves are correct. I have thin/fine long hair that is colour treated and this brings it back to life and puts shine in it, while not weighing it down. A slight scent, nothing obnoxious.
However, it strips colour *big time* and I tend to not use it unless I'm trying to get rid of red tones …

I'm NC20 and got the vanilla shade to use for under-eyes.

Colour match was good.

Coverage was good.

Formula lasts.

VERY drying and made my under-eyes look very old! I'm trying to find a cheaper alternative to my beloved Cle de Peau and this isn't it.

This might be very good for areas other than under-eyes, but thats all I use …

I received a generous sample of this from Sephora. On wet hair, I first put on a protective oil and then I use 4 sprays at the top of my head and crown, and 4 sprays down the length and run it through with my fingers. (I have fine bra-strap length hair). Then I blow dry my hair upside down. BOOM. This stuff WORKS to achieve awesome volume without making hair stiff or dried out like some …Read more

I have been using this oil for a few years and I have repurchased twice. It does not weigh down fine hair, smells amazing, and really helps the texture of hair. I did stop using this for a few months and noticed a difference in my hair's health.

I will purchase this as long as they keep making it.

I have been using this shampoo exclusively for about three months. I can honestly say my thin/fragile/colour treated hair is in much better shape and my scalp is very healthy.

It is very concentrated so a little goes a long way. It smells amazing - rose musk oil - and I do believe it helps to preserve colour as I was using it when I had my hair temporarily dyed violet red and it …

Blush - GUERLAIN - Meteorites D'Etoile

This came out for Holiday 2014. The puff is pointless so I threw it out.

The colour payoff is much greater than most meteorites, so I reach for this often. It gives a great shimmery finish (not too shimmery, I wear it to the office) and has a lovely scent. The packaging is very regal and much better than the usual meteorites packaging.

I actually wish I bought extras of …

I was in Paris and staying near a freestanding store and bought one of these (808) on a whim. I went back the next day and bought three more since they were on sale for 2.50 euros. Super cheap and the formula is easy and fabulous. It is moisturizing but not sticky, pigmented, nicely scented and the colours are really easy to work with.

I'm a fan of this brand!
