I'm not going to explain the basics about this gadget as others have written about them already. So here are a couple of things I think haven't been said already:
- Read the fine print before buying. There's a long list of conditions when you shouldn't use this device (bruises, freckles, and some medical conditions).
- This takes patience, it's not a quick …

This is the perfect base shadow for me - it brightens up my eyes, evens out the colour and isn't too obvious. The only gripe I have is the packaging: the case is luxurious enough but seriously, are there no refills? It seems like such a waste to just throw it away and get a new one! The mirror is also quite useless. You just don't need one with a single eyeshadow like this. Also, like …Read more

I wanted to love this so much and it is the perfect gloss for me. Enough colour, no stickyness. Unfortunately, there's something my skin doesn't agree with as right after applying, I get the "allergic reaction" tingle :( If you have quite pigmented lips, like I do, this gloss actually gives a good amount of colour. The gloss isn't high sheen, as it's not a sticky …Read more

I love this perfume for a couple of reasons: it's not musky, slightly heavy but not grannyish and great for layering. Perfect if you're looking for something between grown up but not sickly sweet or overpoweringly heavy. The predominant note on this is vanilla but I love the initial mix of citrus and almond. I've never used up a bottle of perfume before but I'm now going on …Read more

Vitamin cocktail or not, this mask is a waste of time and money. I didn't expect it to do much, but what I did expect was a pleasant experience. This mask has a tingling effect which you can translate to burning effecet if you have even slightly sensitive skin. I had hoped to use this mask as a pick me up but since it left my skin rather red, there are no hopes for that.

I bought this palette by accident (I originally wanted the eye palette) and was really bummed out when I realized the mistake. I couldn't the palette back so I had no choice but to givenit a go and I'm glad I did! This palette is great and I absolutely love most of it. The only fluke so far is the useless concealer: it's too dark and even if it wasn't, it doesn't really …Read more

This is THE powder I've been looking for! It's the perfect powder for an illuminated finish. It evens the surface of my skin and makes it look perfect and illuminated. It's mica based so there's absolutely no glitter and the powder is talc free to boot as well as not drying. I use this on my cheeks and it makes my skin look perfect, smooth and brightened. The powder isn't …Read more

As an eyemask, this is a total flop. It's super irritating and doesn't give any mentionable brightening effect on the eye area. However, I travel a lot and found an excellent use for these pods as travel masks. I think the base must be the same as in Thirstymud as they make great hydrating treatments to use in the shower. One pod is enough for the entire face and the mask has a really …Read more

This mask is like pumice stone for the face. Abrasive but makes your skin super sof! I can definitely see why a lot of people would dislike this mask - as a mask, it's definitely not for sensitive skin. I have dry, sensitive skin, so I use it as an exfoliator rather than a mask. This way, it doesn't dry my skin out and I can control the scrubbyness. I'm not sure exactly why this …Read more

What really sets this one apart from the rest is that it feels so refrshing. It smells like caramel mixed with mint and will hydrate without leaving your skin greasy. I could definitely see it working in summer, too, especially if you pop it in the fridge. If yu have very sensitive skin you might want to be cautious with this as it does have that slight menthol tnge to it. For the same reason …Read more
