I first purchased this fragrance in 2000, and I still wear it on a regular basis today (almost 20 years later). It is described as a youthful, girlish fragrance - and it can be, but I think it is versatile enough to be used by much older people, and men. Best primer I have used, hands down, at a tiny fraction of the average cost.
I live in Texas and can't recommend it for treating thigh-chafing (I have never found a product that stands up to the summer heat here other than anti-friction shorts) but it does just fine reducing friction elsewhere, like along irritating bra straps, for example.
My HG for removing any makeup, eye or otherwise. I also love the Neutrogena version, but this is EXACTLY the same for significantly less (of an already very low) price.

These have significantly more surface area than other cotton pads I have used, and they do not shed fibers when wet. They are great for removing makeup and applying facewash or toner.
My skin tends to be a bit dry, and this moisturizer was not effective for me at all. The fragrance was a bit overwhelming. This was an effective moisturizer, but I couldn't use it more than a few times. The fragrance is overwhelming, and it stings my skin bad enough that I wanted to wash it off.
I have this in Twinkling Taupe. I was torn about trying it at first - the product looked rather 'glittery' and I don't usually go for that kind of thing, especially in a lip product.
