I tried this in colour 14, a dark taupey-purple/brown. Although I found the formula too dry and patchy, which is a problem with dark colours, I find the Essence line great for trying out new or trendy colours. The line is cruelty free and crazy cheap (at least here in Europe) so I often take a chance with this brand to test out something new.
This is a good hairspray, I just find the scent too strong for me personally. It's the same fragrance as the hair oil (vanilla incense, which I like) but in a spray it is overwhelmingly masculine on me. It does die down after a bit, however at the price of this spray it's not for me.
I really enjoyed using the Rosalie Fragrance Mist, a really soft, refreshing floral. The compact travel size is great to throw in your bag. It makes a nice, light spray in summer as it is about body splash strength and fades fast. I did enjoy the fragrance, however I felt it was a bit sticky going on and I went through the small bottle very quickly since the scent is so light.
This is a nice illuminating moisturiser with SPF 10. I think it suits many skin types for those looking for a nice glowy look and not senstive to scent in face products. I would not repurchase because I prefer matte skin, but I would recommend to others. The air pump packaging is absolutely gorgeous, looks way more expensive than it is!
This is a really nice, light feeling hairspray with a pleasant citrus scent. Ultra-volume is a bit of an exagerration, but it did not weight down my fine, straight hair. Giovanni products are both cruelty-free and phthalate-free. Would not repurchase only because I prefer aerosol hairsprays.
This is very moisturising shampoo, however it built up quickly in my hair and made my hair feel dirtier each time I used it. I constantly had to alternate with a clarifying shampoo which defeated the purpose of using a gentle shampoo. I have fine, straight hair, and this shampoo did not work for me, but I think it could work for people with very dry or coarse hair.
Is this the same as the So Smooth Gardenia conditioner? If so, I really enjoyed the beautiful gardenia scent and it did a good job conditioning my thin, straight hair. I use it to shave too. Got a giant bottle in TK Maxx and would purchase again. :)
I am a fan of the Cinders bath bomb, so when the limited edition shower gel came out, I had to try it! Unfortunately, it's not the most stellar of LUSH shower products, but I did find it pleasant enough. The lovely spicey orange smell is quite mild for a LUSH product, while the intense orange colour is in keeping with the company's tendency to go extreme with the dyes (as in, can dye …Read more
