Makeup Brushes - Real Techniques - Retractable Bronzer Brush

In comparison, this brush is a larger version of the real techniques pink stippling brush, with the same hair density-to-brush size ratio. They are equally 'firm' when you push the brush against your face. The brush washes well, no hairs came out at all, but the brush did take a long long time to dry, as do most larger brushes.

Warning: you may want to chuck out your …

Mascara - REVLON - Photoready 3D Volume [DISCONTINUED]

UPDATE (3/4/14) : This mascara lasted about 3 months before it became very flakey, so overall considering the price and amount you get, it isn't worth the money as you don't get to use much of the product. I will wash and keep the good wand's though.

Shampoo - Boots - Boots Expert dry itchy sensitive shampoo

Concerning the ease of use: I find this, along with other irritant free shampoos, tend to be thick, and somewhat harder to get into the scalp, HOWEVER I am used to using these types of shampoos and recommend learning to use them to reap the benefits. (I do find it a bit of a hassle but if you cant find other cheap irritant free shampoos its worth it). My tips to use this are:
1. Do a quick …

This product is very multi tasking and will reduce the amount of bottles you will need to travel with. I will always repurchase this! It works for....

Keratosis pilaris: This has dramatically reduced the bumpy KP on my arms, as well as toning the redness of it down massively.

Ingrown hairs: This is a must have for preventing ingrown hairs. A full proof way I've found is …

Cleansers - Paula's Choice - Skin Balancing Oil-Reducing Cleanser

5.0

Sep/22/2013

I suffer from redness/ rosacea that would never seem to calm down, but when I use this cleanser my skin never looks or feels irritated afterwards, such a difference from the red mess i'm faced with after using a lesser cleanser. When ever i have to use an alcohol infused face wipe on the go, the instant blotchyness reminds me just how perfect Paula's irritant free products are! I also …Read more

My skin type consists of a fairly oily T-zone, with dry flake prone skin all over (flakes on oily areas at times even!) and I am extremely blemish prone. Also it is sensitive and I have rosacea.

I was willing to give this 5 stars and label it holy grail except it has a major flaw (see cons), so I am giving it 3 stars as after searching online I have seen only some people are …

Powder - Unlisted Brand - Eshiko Ultra High Definition Powder

*** There are many negative reviews on here and I believe this is due to the price not being worth it for a minimal effect on already good skin and also bad customer service experiences, HOWEVER if you like ME have a difficult skin type and have never found a decent powder before this will absolutely be worth it for you. In terms of cost and service, well I did not get mine from Eshiko's …Read more

Bronzers - The Body Shop - Honey Bronze Bronzing Powder

I am crazy pale, truly pale and so the idea of bronzers has terrified me, until now.

The lightest shade if perfect for me, it is warm, but not in a tango way, and gives a natural, interesting flush. I am terrible about placing blush without looking like a clown, so a sweep of bronzer is the easiest and quickest way to look more polished and 'made-up' for me. The finish is …

I live in the UK and had my first experience with Sleek's customer service, or lack of I should say. I made an order over 3 weeks ago which was confirmed to me by email from Sleek, however after that I had no more emails detailing who would be delivering my parcel or when they would be. After 8 working days of no information and no parcel, I emailed the customer service about the whereabouts …Read more

I had a problem with a tube of the skin balancing mask randomly popping open at the seam one day. I was wary to contact them as i'd never seen a product do this before and assumed it would be too unbelievable to be believed. I needn't have worried, I asked for a replacement and they sent one immediately, and they just asked for the factory number. Super easy. They contacted me 2 weeks …Read more
