My hair is neither fine nor curly (which this shampoo is suppose to be for), but this is perfect for my very thick straight hair that tends to go flat at the roots but is frizzy, dry and poufy on the bottom. My hair needs moisture but tends to get weighed down from most moisture shampoos. This shampoo leaves my hair clean, smooth and soft and doesn't strip my color. It also does not bother …Read more
I got this for body use only which I am satisfied with, so I can't comment on whitening effect. On my body it sinks in well and is not greasy. It's one of the few mineral only sunblocks available at the drugstore. Neutrogena Pure & Free is the other one, but that smells like house paint to me. I think this use to contain chemical filters as the ingredients on Amazon and …Read more
Hair Treatments - Unlisted Brand - Sexy Hair Concepts - Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Argan Oil Nourishing Styling Treatment
Leaves me with silky, frizz-free locks and doesn't weigh my hair down. My hair is very thick, straight and poufy. I think this will replace Moroccan Oil for me since it's 1/2 the cost.
This is now my favorite tinted physical sunscreen and I've tried just about all of them. It matches my skin color perfectly - I'm around nc15/20, on the neutral side. It's neither greasy nor drying and stays fairly matte throughout the day. Doesn't irritate my sensitive rosacea skin and it hasn't clogged my pores. I get enough coverage from this to cover minor flaws …Read more
YLBB reddish-plum on my very pigmented lips (pale, golden-neutral skin tone). Flatters my complexion, brightens up my face. This is very close to Clinique Black Honey but has less brown in it, though it is definitely neutral with both warm and cool tones. I wasn't sure whether to categorize this as a lip treatment or lipstick, it has good lasting power - longer than a tinted lip balm does.
fyi no menthol in the Kids versions. In comparison with 'adult' Wen Cucumber Aloe (the only other Wen I've tried): The Kids Apple made my hair more 'squeaky' clean and was less conditioning than the Cucumber one, but I was still able to detangle without having to use a separate conditioner. After rinsing, I put a small bit on my ends as a leave in. I didn't use any …Read more
Black Honey used to be my ylbb, but in the past few yrs has become a bit too cool-toned for me. Sunset is now the perfect ylbb on my nc20 skin tone with dark hair & eyes. Like others have stated, I didn't think this color would work for me but it transforms once on the lips. It sort of mixes with & enhances your natural color. I think that's why it works for a lot of skin …Read more
Settles in pores big time. Nothing like other BB creams, more like heavy foundation. The only way I could use this is if I mixed it with moisturizer & made a TM out of it, but that defeats the purpose of the spf. The sample BB5 was an ok match for my nc20 skin tone, though a bit too yellow.
Like the previous reviewer, too dark and orangey for my nc20 skin tone. When I first pat it on it seems like the color will be ok but it immediately starts to oxidize. I use LRP Tinted Mineral which is actually pretty close to this in color, but I think I can get away with the LRP because it is much more sheer and doesn't turn darker once on the skin. Supergoop CC is much thicker and …Read more
