One of the very few lippies i've not only used up but repurchased. I love the formula of these lipsticks. This color is my go to for when i want to wear a colorful lip but not something in-your-face. It's definitely pink and not mauve on me. Just adore it.

I'm so torn on this product. i LOVE the color, love the way it looks, love how it lasts. On the other hand, the formula feels HORRIBLE on, and there's a learning curve for applying. You can't rub your lips together at all until it's set, it's more like putting on nailpolish. On the plus side, it'll definitely last hours, though be careful because the color does …Read more

I'm NC35-NC40. Was hoping this would be a pretty nude or MLBB, but it's just off for me. Goes on very brown with a reddish undertone. This would probably be beautiful on someone darker, but it's not for me. I like the formula and price, though.

I LOVE the rose scent, and the color in the tub is pretty. On my lips, it really doesn't show as tinted at all (though my lips have a lot of color naturally.) The product is ok as a barrier but is not especially hydrating in and of itself. I also don't like having to dip my finger into the tub. It can definitely feel a little goopy.
Didn't hate it but won't buy it again.

I feel like good nude lipsticks are impossible to find for NC30-35 skin. I'm pretty pleased with this one, though i don't love it. I feel like the formula is a bit drying, though it does look nice. I don't reach for this often enough to imagine running out of it, but if i did i'm not sure if i'd repurchase or keep searching.
Update 09/14: This has really grown on …

Saw this on the FOTD board and thought it might work on my pigmented lips-Nope. At Nc30-35, this is just too pale for me and shows more mother-of-pearl than nude. Love the Lip Butters, though. I keep playing with this one, hoping to find a way to make it work for me.

I think i've finally found my HG MLBB shade. Love the color, love the moisturizing formula. This is the only lippie i've ever finished. Ever, in my 31 years on the planet. I've repurchased it twice now. I wish it were a little longer-lasting, but that's my only critique. i'll buy this over and over again forever.
EDIT:
Somehow this started pulling orange on me …

For years Milk of Magnesia was my miracle primer, and for some reason it just stopped working. I was bummed because it was so cheap, but it was also messy to apply, so I was happy to explore my options. This is the first oil control primer I've tried since MoM. At $13, it's pricey for drugstore, especially at less than an ounce.
This is really next to useless. It might buy me an …

This lipstick in Taupe has become my HG nude (i'm between NC 30-35.) i wish it were a touch pinker, but it's the only lippie i wear that gets consistently complimented. the staying power is also outstanding. i'm stockpiling these just in case Jordana ever discontinues them!
oh, and aside from loving the color and the formulation, they're $1.25. can't beat that with a …
