This isn't terrible or fantastic - extremely generic in my opinion. Not particularly sexy as some have noted (I think sometimes people get caught up in advertising) ... Anyway it begins with a really nice somewhat bright grapefruit note and dries down to a generic fruity/vanilly/woody scent. Meh.
I'm giving this a neutral rating not because it is not nice - just because I am not a big fan of gardenia - that is primarily what this is a gardenia/tuberosey scent. It goes on a somewhat sweet gardenia scent and goes a little metallicy in the middle and dries down to a bit of a woody scent. It is nice if you like gardenia - for gardenia lovers I'd give it a try. Flowery but not so …Read more
This is A-TROC-IOUS. Bleck. This is supposed? to smell like violets? I don't get it - maybe a git a bit of violet - but MOSTLY I get really synthetic, caustic, chemical cleanser smell. Seriously - that's what it smells like - some kind of gross heavy duty scented bathroom cleanser - disgusting.

I'm giving this a 3 because I don't love or hate it. Burberry's site says:
"A fruity, vibrant fragrance of California orange, blackcurrant, dewberry and subtle rose oil
Fresh top notes of seductive jasmine, Madonna lily and tuberose with a delicate hint of peach and raspberry
Cedar wood, oak moss and vanilla complement the fruity notes, adding a soothing …Read more
I give this a 3 not because it is bad just because I don't know if I personally would bother buying a bottle. I never find Michael Kors fragrances offensive in anyway. They all tend to be reasonably nice and pleasant floral fragrances. Island Bali is more of what I would call a summer fragrance but not so ridiculously so that you couldn't wear it in other seasons.

This isn't the worst fragrance I've smelled but I wouldn't say I like it - or would wear it. As far as the "verbena" monicker goes, upon first spritz there is a touch of citrusey - and faguely lemony/verbenay freshness. But it is in more of a fresh shammpoey scent type of citrus/verbena rather than in a natural fresh verbena leaf or citrus essential oil type of way. That …Read more
I tend to detest the Philosophy fragrances in general (Baby Grace made me think so much of a yucky baby diaper I had to wash it off!) - but this is by far the least offensive I have tried so far. It has a light shampooey clean scent w/ just a touch of something soft reminiscent of a skin-scent. Really not that bad at all. Might be nice if you want a clean, light "non-fragrance" type of …Read more
I cannot stand Clean fragrances in general but this is one of the least offensive of the bunch so I give it a three. I do not get the soft, musky skin scent everyone else is talking about. I just get a very very thin "clean" dryer sheet type scent w/ maybe a touch of a skinscent. There is also something fairly sweet about this fragrance that I do not like. That is one of the things I …Read more
I hate this stuff - I just don't get it ... it smells like seasonal spicey starbucks coffee w/ a dash of vanilla , mixed w/ men's cologne and a dash of aldehydes ... I am not at all a fan. The coffee/kona note is really pronounced and bitter. That's what I got mostly on my skin - coffee (w/ a bit of spice and men's cologne). Yuck.
