I was so excited to try this after seeing all the great reviews. However, it did not work for me. I loved the texture, the smell, and it was easy to use. It started as a balm, then turned into an oil, and then a milky cleanser as soon as water was added. It rinsed off clean & easily. I did not ever notice any residue remaining. However, after 3 uses, it broke me out. A lot. Returned it to the …Read more

I got this as a gift from Sephora, along with a DE cleanser. Damn, broke me out in a day. One application was all it took. I see am not the only one. How do products, that cause more harm than good, at this price point, continue to be sold?
I don’t understand why products made for sensitive skin, and touted by dermatologists as a ‘must have’ for the most sensitive of skins, NEVER agree with me. I read about how great this product is for dry, sensitive skin plus contained an SPF 15. I thought that would be wonderful for short errands when I didn’t want to waste my regular SPF.... let me tell you, EVERY time I tried this product, I …Read more
Another product I wanted to like....but it didn’t do anything. There wasn’t even the slightest brightening of the skin. I would assume after an entire container of this, I should have noted even a slight difference. I’ve been trying a few Paula Choice’s products, but am really not impressed. She spends a lot of energy cutting down other lines.....am not sure why because I use & love several …Read more
I’ve been looking & researching a good and effective vitamin C serum to add to my routine, and reviews about this product caught my eye. The article I was reading stated that this product was $38. I thought that was reasonable for a product of this supposed caliber. However, when I went to purchase it, it was almost $53 w/tax. I decided to get it because if it was good, it would be worth it …Read more
Wanted to love this product. Gave it a couple of tries, but each time it broke me out. A lot. I tried using it everyday & I tried just weekly....but breakouts galore
I used to have a lot of respect & admiration for Olay. Until I realized they do not care about their customers. This product, along w/several of their other products, contains parabens. Parabens can be extremely harmful, especially to women. As a customer of Olay, I posted about this on their FB page. Did they reply? No. They blocked me from posting on their page. Same for their Instagram. I …Read more
Had high expectations for this, especially as it is specifically touted for sensitive skin. 3 times I used this over a 2 day period, and that was it. Small whiteheads cropped up, along with some huge, red & painful bumps. How??? How can a micellar wash from a sensitive skin line cause so much damage so quickly? I feel like most skincare companies are not even trying anymore.
I love the versatility of these. They are pretty good for cleansing, but I can’t give them a high rating because Olay refuses to remove parabens from their products. Knowing how harmful parabens possibly are to women, you would think a company producing products for women, would remove them & use another preservative.
