Masks - Pixi - Glow Mud Mask

If you don't read past this first sentence, the biggest takeaway would be that this product is amazing. Especially if you have acne / breakout-prone skin.

First, a little rant. I was a devout user of Glamglow Supermud (the one in the white jar), which in my opinion was a really great product before they recently reformulated it and removed the azelaic acid. Now it's honestly …

Treatments (Eye) - Kiehl's - Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado

I don't know, this was just underwhelming. Gave me some milia under my eyes and doesn't do anything positive for under eye fine lines or wrinkles. It's just too thick and rich. I used this for a while and just never saw anything worth writing home about.

Probably best suited for super dry, younger skin.

Cleansers - Garnier - SkinActive Micellar Cleansing Water

Coming from using Bioderma for a few years, I decided to try this version because I was hearing so much positivity about it. I have to say, I see no reason to go back to using Bioderma after using the Garnier version.

They are so, so, sooooo similar it's hard to even find a difference. They are equally good at removing long-wearing face and eye makeup, without needed to bring in …

Cleansers - BIODERMA - Sensibio H2O Micellar Cleansing Water and Makeup Remover Solution

Honestly, this product works very well. It removes makeup (face and eye) breaking out my sensitive skin, etc. Takes of long-wearing eyeliner without needed to use a waterproof makeup remover. All-around an awesome product.

HOWEVER, I switched last year to Garnier's version and it's literally the same thing, in my opinion. The Garnier version runs about $7-$10 (Canadian) …

I must be the only person on the face of the earth who doesn't love this concealer.

After watching dozens of YouTubers proclaim their love for this product, I decided to order it up myself. I live in Canada so I couldn't buy this at Ulta or anything, so I ordered it online from the Tarte website. I'm fair skinned, so I decided on the second lightest colour …

I am the type of person who doesn't see the long-term benefit of using face masks, and most of the time I think they are kind of gimmicky and pointless. THIS however, is the only face mask I really feel makes both an immediate and a long-term difference to my skin. I find it works best if you use it every 3-4 days on a consistent basis. Initially It can cause some under-the-surface pimples …Read more

All-time favourite concealer. For reference, I have fair skin (not super ghostly pale but, fair-light with pink undertones), and I use shade 1. It does oxides a bit on the skin so if you have super pale skin, it might not work.

I've been buying this for the past 4 years and I love it. It's one of those products where a little really does go a long way so, a tube of this …

Loose Powders - rms beauty - Tinted "Un" Powder

I have the 'translucent' version of this powder.

I bought this in Canada (if any other Canadians are interested, Shoppers Drug Mart Murale boutiques sell RMS beauty products). After I ran out of my usual powder (Laura Mercier), I decided to give this a go after seeing so many reviews on YouTube. I would classify my skin as fairly oily, but dry in some areas due to …

FYI I used this on my face, so I don't know how it performs on other parts of the body.

I bought this so I could mix it in with a light moisturizer and create something a bite more hydrating, but unfortunately it didn't work out for me. It seems to be a real hit or miss for those with acne-prone skin - it either helps heal and hydrate, or it breaks you out.

I …

IF this didn't break me out every time I used it, I would use it ever day.

There is something awesome about this...whenever I used it to 'finish' my makeup, it just does something magical to my face. It isn't technically a setting spray, but I find that it helps everything stays in place. Despite the fact that I still get oily during the day/night, my makeup still …
