I have been using this for about 7 years. I'm in my mid-40's and post hysterectomy. I am on an estrogen patch and I'll explain what that has to do with this review in a sec. Before my surgery my acne was terrible. I used Daniel Kern's benzoyl peroxide, Mary Kay's lotion, and Daniel Kern's AHA lotion. That seemed to do the trick for the longest time. I am almost …Read more

I have pale, sensitive, oily, mature skin. I tried this foundation, and I will say that the color Neutral 1 matched me perfectly. Rarely do I find that - usually they make me too pink. The downside is that it did not help with oil - even with a primer underneath and powder on top. It also broke me out. If you have normal skin this might work for you.

I am not a MK rep. I use this cleanser with different MK products - Clear Proof toner, Timewise C, Clear Proof Moisturizer, Matte foundation. I also use non-MK Rosehip oil at night. This system seems to have beaten my over-40 hormonal acne, which is a blessing.

The cleanser doesn't leave your face feeling dry and tight. It just feels clean. No complaints.

I really, really wanted to like this product. The coverage is fantastic; it doesn't give your skin that weird sheen like mineral makeup does, and it doesn't look cakey. Unfortunately, it did not control my oil and I had to take it back.

I accidentally flipped it over in my makeup drawer and the powder came loose from the bottom and split in half. So, handle carefully.

This really didn't do anything to mattify my super-oily skin. (It's not billed as mattifying, but my rep said it might help.) It also broke me out. It has 2-3 different types of dimethicones in it, so if you're sensitive to that, stay away. Try MK's mattifying foundation instead. No, I'm not a MK rep; read my other reviews.

I am not a MK rep. Although this has dimethicone in it, for some reason it does not break me out like the Timewise moisturizer and makeup primer did. Maybe the C counteracts it. I had to find the ingredients on PaulasChoice.com; MK only lists "key" ingredients.

Anyway, this has worked well to fade my hyperpigmentation. I even use it under my eyes since I have …

I am not a MK rep. I initially loved this foundation. It matched my pale skin, controlled oil, and didn't break me out; that combination is a miracle for me. After six months and a new bottle, it stopped working for me. It's like that one bottle was great and the next one didn't work as well. It seems to be darker too, so I have to get a lighter powder to compensate. It might …Read more

I am not a MK rep. Although I love the Clear Proof system, this moisturizer broke me out. It has the dreaded dimethicone in it, just like the primer, and it turned me into a human pizza. Try this on a discreet area first in case you have a reaction. The MK website didn't list the ingredients; I had to find it on PaulasChoice.com.

I am not a MK rep. This primer broke me out horribly. It has dimethicone in it, which is a silicone that breaks me out. It also didn't help with my oil. If it works for you, great, but it took me three weeks to clear up the huge zits this gave me. The MK website didn't list the ingredients; I had to find it on PaulasChoice.com.

I am not a MK rep. That being said, so far Clear Proof is working for me; I've tried everything but the cleanser. I'm almost 45 with terrible hormonal acne. After using part of the system part-time, for the first time I didn't have acne boils with my cycle, which is a miracle. I use Timewise cleanser (combination skin) in the morning, followed by Timewise C, Clear Proof …Read more
