Treatments (Eye) - ModelCo - Lash + Brow Growth Stimulator

Holy hell does this stuff sting! I do not know if it is different from the ModelCo Lash Boost reviewed by others, but it is definitely more expensive. Having read the lash boost reviews and now using the lash + brow stuff, I think they are the same. The lash + brow is white (like the boost was described) but the applicator sounds different. In the Lash + Brow it is like a tiny comb.
In any …

The smell is AWFUL! Totally unacceptable. Who cares about shine when your hair stinks to high-heaven? The smell DOES NOT go away for hours too. Glad I bought the teeny-tiny size from my local salon. Would allow my worst enemy to buy this product....well, maybe my WORST enemy ;)

Used this as directed (as others have commented)....made my hair crazy shiny (w/ or w/out flatiron). I shampoo & condition w/ Dermalogica products (see review) and follow with this (but only once every 10 days or so). be sure to rinse it out well, as this really smooths the cuticle and may leave some hair types limp. My search is over! FYI, I have very thin/fine shoulder length virgin hair …Read more

Cleansers - Dermalogica - PreCleanse Cleansing Oil

Jan/15/2008

I've been using Dermalogica's Precleanse for about 2 weeks now and can confirm that it does indeed get rid of blackheads. Mine are all gone! No squeezing, no steaming etc etc. Even with my scary super-magnifying mirror I can't find any! All I do now is wash (2x daily, AM/PM) with this followed by a good cleanser. I use Dermalogica cleansers (I choose among a couple of different …Read more

Mascara - Dior - Diorshow Black Out Mascara

Best blackest color of any mascara I've tried (and yup, I am a bit of a mascara whore). My lashes loved this...unfortunately, but under-eye's disagreed. Smudge-ola!!!!! I did not use a primer first, so maybe that would help but am pretty sure this will go back to Sephora. Shame...the color and application is lovely. Lashes are long, black, voluminous, and it holds the curl. Again, only …Read more

I use this and the shampoo (see review)....best I've ever used. Imparts loads of shine. I use way less of this conditioner than any other I've tried (and I've tried 'em all). HG product along w/ the shampoo.

I've been searching for years for a great "shine enhancing" shampoo and I've finally found it. I've prob used every shampoo out there and this is the one. I have thin shoulder length virgin hair. When I use this with the conditioner and air dry I have NO frizzies, super smooth shiny hair! Love it. Plus, it's not animal tested. **update** Perhaps they changed the …Read more

Lip Liners - benefit Cosmetics - Cupid's Bow [DISCONTINUED]

Meh. So-so product. More hype than anything. One could use any highlighter/lip liner to get the EXACT same effect (read instructions at benefit website for how to apply product and just do same with alternate products). Wonder if sephora will take it back.

Treatments (Face) - Bliss - THINNY THIN CHIN

I first tried this as a sample. Loved it! Ran out to sephora to purchase.
The product seems to tighten my jowls and chin immediately ...like first application from sample! FYI, I have a wee double chin from recent weight gain and a slight lack of definition on my jawline, so I wasn;t trying to correct a chicken neck or anything.
I didn't notice any difference on my neck lines, but …
