This product has been a staple in my skincare regimen for about four years now. I use it every second day after cleansing and before moisturising. It is an effective, dependable exfoliator. The price could be better--$37 for 118ml isn't necessarily a bargain--but it does last for a few months. I don't recommend using it twice a day if you have sensitive skin, you will get the same …Read more
I used this years ago before my skin became more sensitive after Accutane. It worked fine, I even used it on my face occasionally (even though you shouldn't use soap on your face). Now it gives me contact dermatitis, particularly in the space under my armpits. It's just too abrasive for me. I still use it to clean my makeup brushes, though.
I have these in the shades Athens, Cairo, Cannes (my personal favourite) and Stockholm. Nice and lightweight, they don't move around and you can eat and drink without worrying about them. They also look lovely layered on top of each other for an ombre lip look. So affordable, I would definitely repurchase.
I have this in the shade light. Looks natural, blends beautifully and feels buttery smooth. Smells great, which is unusual because I tend to hate fragranced cosmetics. The packaging isn't my favourite but you'll always be able to find it with that neon casing. Just ignore the sponge applicator in the second compartment and use a big fluffy powder brush instead. I apply this to the …Read more
I've been using this for about two months and so far I am really enjoying this cleanser. I didn't think I'd go back to foaming cleansers but the summer heat always brings out the shine and potential breakouts, so for the warmer months I tend to need something a little stronger than my go-to Neutrogena Extra Gentle Cleanser. This cleanser contains 0.5% salicylic acid, which is …Read more
I think teenage me would have loved this foundation, however, as I get into my late 20s I tend to avoid matte foundations while going for something a little dewier. The pros: It's affordable, the coverage is good and it lasts all day, even in the summer heat. The cons: I don't even have dry skin but this clings to dry patches like nothing else, so I recommend using an AHA or BHA liquid …Read more
I'm late to the Sheer Glow party and I wish I hadn't been because this may just be my new favourite foundation. I love how lightweight this feels! It's more pigmented than the name suggests, this is a medium coverage foundation for sure and it's buildable to your liking. It hides everything while also looking very natural, it just sinks in and looks like skin. Gives a …Read more
I have recently started to incorporate more and more Korean skincare steps into my routine, so I tried these about 6 months ago and I am in love! My skin is slightly oily but it still needs hydration especially as I enter my late 20s. I use 3 every week and save the essence from the packet to apply straight to my face the next day. My skin feels soft, plump and soothed. I also don't …Read more
This is my new favorite cleanser. It's very similar to Cetaphil in consistency and texture, though a lot less watery. I use it after removing my makeup with Garnier micellar water. It doesn't foam up but if I emulsify enough it leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean. If you like gentle fragrance-free cleansers but aren't a fan of Cetaphil, give this one a try.
