This is Australis' offering in the 'tubular' mascara category. It is very pretty when first applied, with a glossy rich black pigment that lengthens well. However, it smudges dreadfully beneath the eyes and does so very quickly, an hour after applying I look like I've been sweating on the dance floor all evening. This smudging is not something I've experienced with a …Read more

This appears to be the only product from the Rosaliac range available in Australia. It is excellent. I don’t know what miracle is in this bottle but it does significantly reduce redness in my skin and in a loved one of mine who has rosacea. It isn’t cheap but if it works for you it’s worth it. It is not terribly hydrating, it’s just a treatment, so I wait a bit and layer moisturiser etc over it …Read more

I have dry, sensitive skin and have long heard great reviews about LRP SPF products.

This is the first one I tried. It applies smoothly and initially left a subtle sheen. After a few hours my skin started to look drier.

By lunchtime my face felt significantly irritated and I had to remove it before mayhem set in. I’m not sure if it’s the alcohol or the octocrylene. I’m not …

I really wanted this to work for me as I’m struggling to find a cleanser for my dry, sensitive skin.

Pros: unscented.

Cons: very drying and after a few days this led to irritation and burning and a rash, doesn’t dissolve makeup to any degree.

I think this would work for someone who had sensitive, non-dry skin who didn’t want it to remove makeup/happy to double …

Primer/ Corrector - Smashbox - Photo Finish Primerizer

I have dry skin, and found this to do a very poor job at either moisturising or priming. I would not repurchase. Their now discontinued blue Hydrating Primer was excellent, this is a dreadful replacement. At least it's unscented, but dry skinned users should absolutely obtain a sample prior to purchase.

I am completely taken aback that an adored product with such a high number of excellent reviews was so incredibly awful. I did extensive research looking for a good unscented moisturiser for my sensitive, dry, dehydrated skin. I was also interested in trying something affordable with ceramides to assist in repairing the moisture barrier. This product has positive reviews here, beautypedia, reddit …Read more

Unbelievably shocked at the negative effect this had on my dry, dehydrated skin. I tried every technique to make it work (applying to damp skin, locking in with oil, moisturiser, everything), but no matter what I did it dried me out and I looked a decade older. Every fine line was magnified. I went in with high hopes and am incredibly disappointed.

I love this rosehip oil. I've tried so many over the years and I just can't beat the price and effectiveness. I love that it's organic too. I have super dry, sensitive skin and this really helps me to look glowing. I swear the natural vitamin A has a slight retinoid glow effect on my skin? I need to layer a moisturiser over the top at night to lock in the hydration but I love this …Read more

This stuff is AMAZING. I have fair skin prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, and I have a couple of pigmentation patches that look worse at some times more than others, and when I do use this, it really helps. Honestly just one use overnight and I look brighter, with more consistent skin-tone, by the next morning. I have very dry skin, so the vitamin C in it dries me out a bit and I …Read more
