Been using Viviscal for four years when health and stress etc turned my long, thick & glossy pride and joy into a carpet, as much on the floor as my head.
Viviscal
1: it’s not a cure all.
2 it’s great if you want to improve already decent hair, it surely will.
3: it does help grow hair
4: till one has used it for over six months one can’t tell how it’s helping.
5: …

...And I love this cream too...

Me: very dry, sensitive skin plus rosacea prone, using tretinoin.
Am using the dry to very dry skin formula.

Using this to help negate the drying effects of tretinoin 0.05 and it does help. I wish it didn’t include silicone but it does moisturise well, am in the first week of tretinoin 0.05 use and am layering this cream with hylamide …

Treatments (Face) - Deciem - Hylamide SubQ Anti-Age

My skin had been wizened by trying a retinol that seemingly destroyed the skin barrier and skin wouldn’t stop wizening and ribbing, far worse than wrinkles appeared.

I tried buffet and the with copper variety and comparing it to hylamide anti-age sub etc & god knows what, I prefer the god knows what hylamide. My skin looks refreshed and much more moisturised. My skin looks better …

I don’t have Botox & have extremely dry skin.

I use this hylamide sub q eyes over hylamide sub q and have found the combination of them has:

Diminished fine lines and wrinkles

Diminished dark circles

Diminished bags

Are you surprised i’m now buying my second bottles of both?

As a plus when I wear concealer under my eyes, it now …

Skincare - Body - Elizabeth Arden - 8 hour cream Skin Protector

My skin: was drier than the Sahara which was causing grooves, not wrinkles, grooves in my skin, like a ribbing, for first time in life. Skin was so dry it felt taut and uncomfortable all the time.

Tried the richest, expensive face creams but skin continued to shrivel and remained very dry. ( I had tried a brand of retinol and it clearly had done something awful to my skin which continued to worsen despite not using it anymore).

Tried this Liz Arden skin protectant, didn’t expect much with petrolatum etc. Have been using this on my face all winter, the shrivelling has stopped, even able to use tretinoin because of this lovely balm. My skin has always been way too dry for tretinoin, or was but by using this balm daily am able. I use this like goss the makeup …

Tried this, gave me back the brows of my teens, because of expense switched to Mavala double lash for brows. The Mavala left my brows conditioned but wasn't helpful for regrowing back over plucked brows. My brows returned to how they were pre Revitabrow after about two months. So am back on this stuff, revitabrow certainly works, fills in gaps, regrows brows one hasn’t seen since one was …Read more

I’ve dry & sensitive skin, plus rosacea. I apply to full face including under eyes but leave a wide margin to ensure it doesn’t get into eyes when washing off.

Pros:
My skin looks renewed and softer, younger, like baby skin or freshly boiled pasta ie moist, plump & smooth.
One can amuse oneself whilst waiting to remove it, by merely appearing & making others …

Shampoo - Unlisted Brand - Odylique Gentle Herb Shampoo

Background: after having psoriasis on my scalp & dandruff which both cleared up completely with organic non SLS shampoo, I went a step further, tried co-washing. Co-washing was very lovely but I sometimes felt, rightly or wrongly that my follicles were slightly blocked, more hair fell out than usual. Tried shampoo bars & after transitioning to a happier scalp and fuller hair, ditto …Read more

Skincare - Face - Unlisted Brand - Beautypie Membership

I had beautypie membership for over a year. I’d no interest nor intention of writing a review about it, til I read the one below & thought it so extremely unfair & negativily biased that I had to redress the balance.

I paid £231 for the highest annual membership & received £2,800 of gorgeous jollies.

Beautypie is the brainchild of Marcia Kilgore, that lauded …

Lash Treatments - Revitalash Cosmetics - RevitaLash Advanced Eyelash Growth Serum

After years using Latisse, I switched to revitalash advanced. My lashes were typical blonde useless thin, short, invisible, lab rabbit lashes. Now after two months they’re growing long and thickening and darkening. Yes it’s far far too expensive but until someone tells me of something else that actually works, am stuck using this, it’s excellent. And it’s much better than Latisse, for …Read more
